5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim a specific bonus offer only once.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Deposited or bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until bonus wagering is complete.
• aac365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

5.4 VIP Program

The aac365 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit, ranging from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze to a maximum of 1.0% at Platinum. Members can move up to higher tiers based on regular activity and contributions.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Valid Bets

All bets must be placed in a fair and normal manner. aac365 reserves the right to investigate any bet suspected of being invalid and to void it if necessary.

6.2 Technical Errors

Any odds or results displayed incorrectly due to software errors or network issues will not be considered valid. In such cases, the bet will be voided and the staked amount will be returned.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

6.4 Game Disputes
